Our ArtScapes 2023 show was held in Golden Gate Park.
It is the largest Sogetsu Ikebana exhibit in
Northern California and is held biannually

A "Taisaku" is a large scale, focal arrangement. It can be created for an
exhibition, event or installation in public or private spaces. Master
Instructor Misei Ishikawa designed this stunning Bamboo Taisaku
arrangement for our 50th Anniversary celebration held in 2023.
This special video chronicles all the stages of our journey, beginning
with the selection and cutting of the bamboo, then the meticulous
planning and sketching of the design by Ishikawa Sensei,
leading up to the final assembly of our structure at the site.

Sahshah Kosen Middleton was a Guest Presenter online at the Ikebana International Ecuador meeting. She created 2 gorgeous arrangement for their event. Ikebana International message is "Friends in Flowers" and shared the artistry of Sogetsu with her friends in Ecuador.
