Ikebana Using Cardboard - Michiko Shimoda

Artist and Ikebana Riji Michiko Shimoda taught a workshop on integrating cardboard and flowers from the perspective of a Sogetsu teacher.  A very large class enjoyed her thoughts and expanding and extending their ikebana creativity to embrace materials that seems mundane and boring on first glance, such as cardboard.  The results from "just Cardboard" were beautiful.
